Apply for REA Services ::

1. Grid Electricity Connection

To get your place electrified:-

1. Download form (Grid Electricity Application Form )
   
   
2. Complete and send the completed form to the nearest REA Office by fax (263 4 707667) or scanned copy by email(rea@rea.co.zw) or visit your nearest REA Office for more information.
   
   
3. Arrange to meet with REA Officials at the place that you want connected to the grid so that a quotation can be done.
   
   
4. After receiving a quotation from REA make the necessary payment. Work on your electrification project will commence as soon as REA mobilizes all the necessary resources.
   

2. Electricity End Use Infrastructure Development

To get assistance in establishing an EEUID project:-

1. Download forms [Memorandum Of Agreement | EEUID Application Form| Letter Of Support| Project Proposal Guideline]
   
   
2. Complete and send the completed form to the nearest REA Office by fax (263 4 707667) or scanned copy by email (rea@rea.co.zw) together with a project proposal document or visit your nearest REA Office for more information.
   
   
3. Arrange to meet with REA Officials at the place that you want to establish your EEUID project.
   
   
4. If project qualifies for assistance you will be notified to make the necessary payment. Work on your EEUID project will commence as soon as REA mobilizes all the necessary resources.
   
   

3. Solar, Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS), Standby  Generator Installations

REA offers design and installation services for solar mini grid systems, solar home systems, UPS and standby generators.

To get the services:-

1. Download form Solar System Application Form
   
   
2. Complete and send the completed form to the nearest REA Office by fax (263 4 707667) or scanned copy by email (rea@rea.co.zw) or visit your nearest REA Office for more information.
   
   
3. Arrange to meet with REA Officials at the place that you want the installation to be done.
   
   
4. After receiving a quotation from REA make the necessary payment. Work on your installation will commence as soon as REA mobilizes all the necessary resources.

4. Zimbabweans in the Diaspora

The Rural Electrification Agency has a special programme through which  Zimbabweans living in the diaspora can have their homes, farms, shops etc or those of their relatives electrified using grid, solar, standby generators and Uninterrupted Power Supplies (UPS) under the Rural Electrification Programme.

To benefit:-

1. Download REA DS forms
   
   
2. Complete and send the completed form to REA Head Office by fax (263 4 707667) or scanned copy by email (rea@rea.co.zw)
   
   
3. REA Officials will visit the place where you want the installation to be done and generate a quotation for the work.
   
   
4. After receiving a quotation from REA make the necessary payment.
   
   
5. Forward proof of payment to REA Offices
   
   
6.  Work on your installation will commence as soon as REA mobilizes all the necessary resources.
