Mr Gotora holds a Diploma in Local Government Administration and a Diploma in Transport Management. He is studying Environmental Law. He is the immediate past President of the Zimbabwe Local Government Association and former president of the Association of Rural District Councils of Zimbabwe. He sits on the Parks and Wildlife Management Authority board where he chairs the Conservation Committee.He is the founder member of CAMPFIRE where he served the association for 9 years -- -- --- - -. He was appointed the Rural Electrification Fund Board member since inception in March 2002. He was then appointed Chairman in October 2009 |

Ms Dhlamini holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) Degree in Politics and Administration. She works for the Ministry of Local Government, Public Works & Urban Development as Provincial Administrator, Matebeleland North Province. She was appointed to the Rural Electrification Fund Board in June 2005. |

Mr Mbetsa holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) Degree in Politics & Administration and a Post Graduate Diploma in Water Sanitation. He is pursuing a Masters Degree in Business Administration with the Zimbabwe Open University. At present, he is employed by the Ministry of Local Government, Public Works & Urban Development as the Provincial Administrator, Manicaland Province. His appointment to the Rural Electrification Fund Board was with effect from June 2005. |

Mr Guvakuva holds a Bachelors Degree in Accountancy and Masters in Business Administration. He is a Chartered Secretary. He joined the Rural Electrification Agency on 1st April 2000 and rose up the ranks to the post of Executive Director (Finance & Administration). Prior to April 2000, he worked in various accounting and financial positions in the IDC Group, Zimbabwe Phosphate Industries and Phillips Electrical. |

Mr Machamire holds a B. Tech. Degree in Aeronautical Engineering & Design and Masters in Business Administration. He is a Chartered Engineer, Member of the Zimbabwe Institute of Engineers and Institute of Mechanical Engineers. He joined the Rural Electrification Agency on 1st June 1998 and rose up the ranks to the post of Executive Director (Operations). He has acquired vast experiences from Air Zimbabwe, National Railways of Zimbabwe, US Aid and Morewear Industries. |
Mr Joshua Vunganai Mashamba |

Mr Mashamba holds a Master of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering. He joined ZESA in July 1998 as a Senior Planning Engineer and rose up the ranks to the post of Executive Director (Business Development). Before joining ZESA, he worked for the Department of Energy. |
